I ordered from Noomistockholm and ended up returning one item because the fit wasn’t quite right. The return did get approved and everything was eventually sorted, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, the updates were a bit slow and the refund took longer than I expected. Customer service did respond, just not very quickly. Overall it was fine, but I do wish the return process felt a little smoother.

I really liked how it looked and fit at first, like it seemed solid. But after using it regularly for a bit, it started showing wear sooner than I thought it would. It’s not awful or anything, and I can still use it, but for the price I was kind of expecting it to last a little better. So yeah, I’m a bit mixed on it...

I ordered from noomistockholm.com and the packaging was solid. The box felt sturdy, and everything inside was wrapped well, actually, not just well, probably more than enough, and nothing arrived damaged.

The only thing is it seemed a little overpacked for the size of the item, but I’d rather have that than open it up and find something broken. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived
